VENUE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

No Refunds for initial booking fee. This fee covers the administration and time spent with you to secure your booking, as per our Venue Hire Terms – see link above. Balances are due 30 days prior, see terms for refunds on services. Please note, Covid is no longer an unknown event, should your final numbers drop due to illness/absentee, this does not warrant a refund if you choose to cancel your event. The venue hire is not dependent on the numbers you have at your event.
