- We are a licensed venue, we do not permit BYO beverages
- Rates are based on total access times, day/time of the week and capacity allowances as detailed
- Maximum guests/patrons at venue is 70 seated, 100 cocktail style (depending on use of space/external supplier equipment needs).
Inside you are met with a space large enough to enjoy both dining/workshop needs and break out area to engage with guests/attendees. Indoors has an area with exposed white beams over synthetic grass, another area of polished concrete walls / floors and 7 Mt high ceilings, making it perfect for all kinds of activities. The concrete area is often used for entertainment : dancing, oversized vintage games, even a jumping castle or a break out area for workshop clients.
Depending on what your occasion is, there are many activities/styling installations you may be considering, it all comes down to how many people you will have and the spacial area required for the ‘other activities’. We also have a large additional outdoor breakout area, which is suitable for smokers, a quiet moment away from the inside activities or a lazy beverage on a summers day.
Suitable for small groups during the daytime. Rates shown are for a maximum of 20 persons on site for venue hire only - including business workshop or meeting, photoshoot or a community group (rate shown for up to 20, larger numbers quoted separately) . If you have a corporate event or family event need midweek, please chat to our team, to work out access times and rates to match your full needs.
Mid Week : Half Day, Full Day up to 20 people, Biz Hours – 9-5
*** Price is quoted based on use of venue and cleaning fee, any other additional services required including furniture set up/pack up, parking & foyer attendant and catering if applicable, to accommodate your group.
Mid Week : Evening Events up to 40 people, Standard Access 6-11pm (or ask our team if you have a different need)

Private Functions of various occasions daytime, evening or day to evening are all options to match your needs for access time.
Weekends: Daytime up to 70 person -11am-7pm

Weekends: Evening Bookings are based on our inclusive packages (min spend $5,500) unless within 90days
Need something different to standard packages shown, simply ask our team for availability and a quote to match your needs.
All Evening bookings are subject to 1 security guard for duration of guest time, plus a half an hour after the last person leaves (suppliers, guests, hosts). The fees for security are in addition to venue hire costs. A quote is given at confirmation of guest times, in line with the current fees as set by Victorian Fair Work Guidelines. The guard is part of the min spend rate quoted.
