Special Family Occasions

Our venue is perfect for all your family special events and occasions, from baby showers to birthdays of all ages.

From Baby Showers, First to Eightieth Birthdays and Special Occasions, bookings are based on the needs for both styling times, party duration time and number of people attending, as every party is quite different – please email us or call the office 9942 9585 to discuss your personal needs, OR check on availability of dates via the calendar (click on a package to see if your date is available).  We can offer up to a maximum of 100 people (includes babies/children), for the enjoyment and comfort of all attending.

Bookings are based on access times which includes your (& external vendor) set up, and pack up times.

  • 5 Hour Day Event up to 100 persons (any 5 hours between 9-4) from $715
  • Day Events up to 100 persons (9am – 4pm) from $900
  • Friday & Sunday Night Events up to 100 persons – Minimum 5 hour rate applies
  • Saturday Night Events up to 100 persons (6pm – 12am) from $1,500
  • Saturday Day/Night Events up to 100 persons (1pm – 12am) from $2,000

Venue rates include sole use of venue, use of all onsite facility equipment : chairs/tables, bar & kitchen. A facility manager is on hand during all bookings to handle venue needs, set up as per pre-discussion arrangements, rubbish disposal and commercial cleaning on vacating.

 

The venue has been purpose built as a facilitated venue to host family celebrations, a home away from home venue flexible to suit your specific needs.  You will be provided with a venue host who will work with you to establish your needs to suit your occasion – you get to choose from the options of book a blank canvas (style it your way), semi decorated or book a time with one of the styling team if you prefer to have a fully event managed occasion, please discuss with our team.  If you need something designed, built or installed outside our onsite range, we can discuss with you any additional costs using the expertise from our range of suppliers.

You have the options from self catering to fully catered or a combination of these, if you are using an external caterer, please check with us about any special conditions that apply.
