We have a two convenient shipping options for you to choose from, your order will be dispatched within two business days (48 hours) from time of your purchase.

The shipping options available to you are; (more detail on each is provided below)

1. $9.95 Regular Post (Australian Deliveries Only)
2. Express Post (Australian Deliveries Only)

Below is an outline of each shipping option in more detail.

1. $9.95 Regular Post (Australian Deliveries Only)

  • This option is shipping by Australia Post using Regular Post
  • Delivery for this option is to anywhere in Australia
  • Pricing is $9.95 no matter how large or small your order is.
  • Pricing is $9.95 no matter where in Australia the delivery is going to

DELIVERY TIMES FOR REGULAR POST

Delivery is via Australia Post and as they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties in meeting deliveries as listed:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & TAS is 3-5 business days
  • NT & WA is 7-10 business days

2. Express Post (Australian Deliveries Only)

This option is for shipping by Australia Post using Express Post

Delivery for this option is to anywhere in Australia

The price for this option is also a set price based on the average parcel weights, should your order exceed the set charge, this additional cost is borne by us.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR EXPRESS POST

The below delivery times are an estimate. While Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to most postcodes (check www.auspost.com.au for a full list of delivery details for Express Post areas next day areas.

However, they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties in meeting delivery requirements if orders are placed as listed by the times below:

Orders placed before 11am to "Next Business Day Delivery Postcodes" - Order will be dispatched on the same day and are estimated to reach you on the next business day.

Orders placed after 11am to "Next Business Day Delivery Postcodes" - Order will be dispatched on the next day and are estimated to reach you on the day after the next business day.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?

If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to (the post office will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us. If this happens we will not be able to refund the postage on your order). You may specify for the post man to leave the parcel somewhere for you, please note that if you request us to do this and the parcel goes missing after the post office advises they have delivered it, we do not take responsibility for the lost parcel.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

All our delivery options are provided by a third party however it is rare that any parcels are lost. As delivery is provided by a third party for your convenience, we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel, however we really want you to have a great party so please contact us if your parcel is lost and we may find a way to resolve your situation at little or no cost to you.

All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. little Ginger may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

Orders

All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars. Goods will be shipped via Australia Post. All orders are packed and dispatched once payment has been received and processed.  We dispatch within 2 business days of processing, please allow 3-10 business days, for delivery depending on location (see Delivery at bottom footer, for full details). Shipping charges are a set fee of $9.95 Australia wide, Express Post option is available and is determined by size, weight and delivery location. Orders cannot be canceled once order has been shipped.

Product Details

Purchasers acknowledge and accept that actual Mixed Product Packs in each of the product descriptions, may vary from those shown in the image.  All products indicated as a Full Set or listed as a specific color, are supplied as per the descriptions given to the respective products. Products are listed with age restrictions (where applicable) as required, under the Australian Standards and carry a warning of not suitable for children under 3 years.

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced. little Ginger will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests are to be made in writing to sales@littleginger.com.au within 7 days of purchase.
