Mid Week Functions
Corporate, family or community -  photo shoots, functions, events and workshops.  For more details click here on costs and inclusions... or contact us to start a discussion!  We have whiteboard, projector and tea/coffee facilities available, capacity for up to 100, large break out areas (indoor and outdoor) for activities.  Corporate catering is available with various menu choices from fruit platters and sandwiches to hot/cold canapés, via our local catering partners.  We can tailor a package to suit your needs. All mid week rates are based on daytime use, up to 4 hours, half day or up to 8 hours, full day access and dependent on your requirements for venue use only, to full assistance on the day to host your needs. Please inquire for mid week evening rates to suit your event. 
Weekend Functions
Family Celebrations : First to Eightieth Birthdays, and all kinds of Special Occasions, Baby Shower to Bespoke Weddings, bookings are based on the needs for both styling times, party duration time and number of people, as every party is quite different - please email us or call the office 9942 9585 leave your date, details & contact number for us so we can call you to discuss your personal needs, and advise availability of your dates.  We can offer up to a maximum of 100 people (includes babies/children), minimum booking of 3 hours (Children's Themed Party) up to all day rates (All other occasions minimum of 5 hours). Venue Hire fee includes your venue manager who will work with you to establish your needs for your celebration.  The venue manager is on hand during the party, to coordinate all venue needs, assist with any questions and coordinate the cleaning team after your party, including rubbish disposal.
Rates listed are indicative of all charges as stated, however we will advise any additional service charges (if applicable) for styling, catering, additional furniture equipment hire needs etc:
  • $595 :  Children's Themed Party Package - suitable for 3-12 yr olds, maximum 30 children/60 persons includes a Party Host, 2 hour guest party, 3 hour access 9am-Noon
  • $715 : 5 Hour Booking (between 9am-4pm), Private Functions, time inclusive of set up/pack up and guest times
  • $900 : All day rate (Daytime 9am-4pm Saturday, 10am-5pm Sunday), suited for larger groups, larger install timing needs and/or full sit down function set up needs
  • Friday Night - from $660, (4 hours up to 60 guests) - Capacity 100 (additional fees will be quoted if applicable to accommodate additional time and set up needs) open until 11.30pm
  • Saturday Night - Minimum Spend $1500, (Capacity 100 open until Midnight)

The venue has been purpose built as a facilitated warehouse venue to host family celebrations, a home away from home venue for children and adults alike be it a first or an eightieth party.  We provide a venue host who will work with you to establish your needs for venue set up to suit your occasion - we have a range of decorations and props which can be included to style the main cake table area included in venue hire.  However, if you need something specific designed, built or installed, we can discuss with you any additional costs using the expertise from our range of suppliers.
Our primary focus on the weekends is family occasions, but we are not restricted to family celebrations only.
Our fully equipped kitchen, is perfect in space and equipment for those who wish to self cater, and we have preferred suppliers for catering packages, for those who prefer to order ahead.
The venue is for sole use at any one time.  There is plenty of parking on-site and at street level.
The venue hosts various children's parties, and for this reason we do not permit any glass in hand in the party area, as any broken glass on the synthetic grass would restrict the use and enjoyment for future bookings.
